The warmth of the staff became evident when they kindly helped me locate my lost necklace, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. The room, though simply decorated, was impeccably clean and included thoughtful touches like a flat-screen TV and complimentary tea and coffee facilities that added to my comfort. I was particularly impressed by the exquisite attention to detail in the dining experience-each meal was a culinary delight, beautifully presented and crafted from local produce, complemented by Emilio Banchero's expert wine recommendations. This charming hotel not only provided a luxurious stay but also created an atmosphere of genuine hospitality that I eagerly look forward to experiencing again.
